We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


🔹 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Software or license keys once activated

  • Accessories (e.g., chargers, cables) unless defective on arrival

  • Products with signs of tampering or physical damage after delivery


🔹 3. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or video of the product (if defective)

  2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll share the return shipping details or arrange pickup depending on your location.

Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.


🔹 4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our technical team will inspect it.
After inspection, one of the following actions will be taken:

  • 💰 Refund (if replacement not available)

  • ❌ Rejection (if the item is not eligible for return)

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, etc.).

Please note: Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
